Digital products are a final sale (i.e., non-returnable, non-exchangeable). Due to the nature of these products, no returns or refunds will be allowed.

Please make note before purchasing.


Physical products include all paperbacks and merchandise purchased from this website.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of notification of shipment of your order at orders@bonzaimoonbooks.com to alert us of your intent to seek a refund and provide your order number.

You will be responsible for all shipping charges to return the item to us. Return labels will not be provided.

No refunds will be given after 30 days from the date of the original shipment notification for your order.

Once we’ve received the item, we will notify you of receipt and process the refund to your original method of payment.
